Commenter "Jim" is right--perhaps Ms. Kilmoyer's attitude is ill-suited for social service. She should consider owning a business in downtown, where apparently setting a few computers out with "free" signs on them is a worse offense than having a Superfund site where your heart used to be. I'm sure Jim's toxicity is its own punishment, and he doesn't seem to need any help feeling miserable, so I'll leave it at that.
